Business Development Specialist – End-to-End Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to own the full sales cycle for our recruitment consultancy in Dublin. You will prospect new clients, nurture relationships and close agreements that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery calls and build strong client relationships.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from first contact to signed contract.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven success in BDR, SDR, telesales or lead generation roles.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and results‑driven.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• EU citizenship or a Stamp 4 visa.
• Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
