Category Sourcing Manager

About the role

Logitech is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to lead the transformation of its Indirect Procurement function. Based in Cork with a hybrid schedule (2‑3 days onsite), you will design and implement sourcing processes for Professional Services, Technology, and Facilities categories.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise scalable sourcing frameworks to mature the procurement function.
• Conduct market analysis, vendor evaluations and negotiate high‑value strategic agreements, focusing on pricing, SLAs and data security.
• Establish supplier performance monitoring and compliance metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and executive leadership on Statements of Work, specifications and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Leverage spend analysis and market trends to drive data‑backed sourcing decisions and process innovations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to create order from chaos and build new procurement processes in fast‑paced environments.
• Deep experience with indirect sourcing contracts, especially complex services and technology agreements.
• Highly self‑motivated individual contributor comfortable working with detailed data, contracts and supplier management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate raw data into actionable category strategies.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all organisational levels.
