About the role

Aramark is seeking a motivated Catering Assistant to join a successful team at a client site in the ETB Ennis area. You will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service while upholding the company’s standards and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite catering service in line with Aramark’s standardized program.
• Serve food and beverages to customers, maintaining quality and presentation.
• Perform cleaning duties for service areas, equipment, and furniture.
• Prepare service points and ensure correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
• Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company regulations.
• Promote a professional image that supports strong customer relations.
• Support and comply with Aramark’s health, safety, and equal‑opportunity policies.

Required profile

• High personal standards and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in a similar catering or food‑service role.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles.
• Keen interest in developing food preparation and culinary skills.
