Chopstix Team Member – Front‑line Food Service

About the role

As a Chopstix Team Member at Applegreen Rathcoole you will be part of the front‑line team delivering food and beverage service to customers at a busy motorway service area. You will help keep the shop clean, safe and stocked while providing a friendly, fast‑paced experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the shop.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Prepare food items according to Chopstix standards.
• Follow and enforce the Chopstix manual.
• Manage stock control and inventory.
• Create the best possible food experience for customers.
• Work with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
