About the role
Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Claims Administrator to join its Risk Claims Department, focusing on death claims for pension and investment products. This newly created position offers the chance to work within a controlled function under the CBI Fitness and Probity Standard.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of death claims on pension and investment policies.
- Respond to customer, employer, solicitor and broker queries via phone and email.
- Process and pay claims while ensuring compliance with risk and policy standards.
- Manage FSPO and customer complaints and support the Head of Claims.
Required profile
- Excellent attention to detail with a clear customer focus.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Meet and maintain CBI Minimum Competency Code requirements.
Required skills
- Good working knowledge of Life 400.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
