About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing sales professional to join our fast‑growing healthcare agency in Dublin. The position offers a clear, merit‑based path from Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) to Account Manager and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
• Present our solutions to companies seeking growth and scale.
• Build, manage and expand long‑term client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, outbound or inside sales.
• Consistently exceeds cold‑calling and target metrics.
• Highly motivated by commission, financial success and rapid career progression.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa and ability to commute to Dublin 2, Monday‑Friday.
