Coffee Shop Team Leader

About the role

Costa Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to manage daily operations at its store in Letterkenny Shopping Centre. You will lead a team of baristas, ensure a seamless customer experience, and uphold the brand’s high standards of coffee quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store safely and on schedule.
• Lead shifts, supporting colleagues to deliver exceptional coffee experiences.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety across the store.
• Train new staff and mentor existing team members.
• Drive sales and service excellence through proactive customer interaction.
