Compliance Investigator – Global Investigations Team

About the role

NetApp’s Legal department is looking for an experienced Compliance Investigator to join its global investigations team in Cork. You will lead complex investigations that protect the company’s integrity and promote a fair, compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end investigations into bribery, corruption, antitrust, conflicts of interest, data misuse, financial misconduct and third‑party violations.
• Develop neutral, confidential strategies for handling sensitive allegations while complying with laws and company policies.
• Produce fact‑based reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations that can withstand legal scrutiny.
• Manage multiple investigations simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient closure.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal and other stakeholders to achieve consistent, well‑documented outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience conducting global compliance investigations, preferably in a private or publicly traded company.
• Strong professional judgment, emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
• Juris Doctorate or international equivalent and CFE certification are preferred but not required.
