About the role

Our client, a successful construction company, is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee contracts for a site in County Louth. The role involves ensuring compliance with Irish construction regulations while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee contract administration and ensure adherence to industry standards and Irish regulations.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust project plans, schedules, and budgets to achieve cost‑effective delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, local authorities, and subcontractors to align project goals.
• Lead multi‑site project teams, provide clear direction, resolve conflicts, and maintain high performance.
• Implement and maintain robust quality‑assurance procedures.
• Identify project risks early and apply proactive mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering residential or commercial construction projects in Ireland.
• Proven track record in contract administration and project management within the construction sector.
