Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead projects for a leading Irish‑owned building contractor in north Dublin. You will oversee construction from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage construction projects end‑to‑end.
• Coordinate teams, subcontractors and resources to meet project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory standards.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and drive cost‑effective solutions.
• Resolve issues, make decisions and provide technical guidance on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CIOB, PMP, LEED or OSHA Safety Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience on commercial, residential, infrastructure or industrial projects.
