About the role
The Partner Manager will own the partner strategy for ServiceNow’s Commercial EMEA South territory, focusing on mid‑size companies. Reporting to Global Partnerships & Channel, you will work closely with Field Sales and ServiceNow partners to drive new business and expand existing relationships while ensuring a French‑speaking customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a joint go‑to‑market plan with partners for the assigned territory.
- Drive regional partner territory planning and pipeline development alongside Field Sales.
- Collaborate with ServiceNow partners to generate new business in both existing and new accounts.
- Track and report progress on the territory pipeline and partner‑related metrics.
- Serve as the primary GPC point of contact for Field Sales during active deal pursuits.
- Identify and recommend best‑fit partners for deals lacking a clear partner attachment.
- Lead co‑sell and co‑delivery engagements early in the sales cycle.
- Coordinate joint sales pursuits and ensure alignment between Field Sales, partners, and internal solution teams.
- Maintain visibility on accounts with current partner presence to expand wallet share and penetrate total addressable market.
- Partner with Industry GTM teams to align industry strategies and sales plays.
Required profile
- Proven experience in partner or channel sales within the technology/software sector.
- Strong collaboration skills with Field Sales, solution specialists, and pre‑sales teams.
- Fluency in French and English, with deep knowledge of the EMEA South market.
- Ability to design and execute territory‑wide go‑to‑market plans.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
