Contract Manager – Infrastructure & Capital Projects

About the role

Join a leading global management consultancy’s Transformation Delivery team in Dublin, working on large‑scale infrastructure and capital projects across energy, utilities and transport. As a Contract Manager you will ensure contractual compliance, manage risks and drive project success for construction and infrastructure programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with infrastructure clients to develop innovative contract solutions.
• Work with project teams to create Contract Management Plans aligned with objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Lead contract formation, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements with subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor compliance with contract terms, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage contract changes, variations and claims, assessing impact on scope, schedule and cost.
• Track contract performance against KPIs, milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates.
• Facilitate resolution of disputes and claims through negotiation or mediation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract management for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Background that combines engineering/technical or construction knowledge with legal/contract expertise.
• Strong analytical and risk‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
