Contracts Manager

About the role
Collen is seeking a Contracts Manager to join its construction team. Reporting to the Project Director and Construction Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring contracts are managed efficiently, supporting a culture of safety, inclusivity, and innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation and administration of contracts for complex construction projects.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders and external partners to resolve contractual issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular reporting on contract status, risks and financial implications.
Required profile
- A degree in civil engineering.
- A third‑level qualification in Construction Management.
- Membership of a recognised professional body.
- At least 5 years post‑qualification experience in a similar contracts management role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on schedule and within budget.
