About the role
Our client, a fast‑growing project management and cost consultancy, is seeking a Construction Cost Manager to lead new projects and manage the main contractor. The position is fully remote with site visits two to three times a month.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and cost plans.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
- Evaluate and approve payments to contractors and suppliers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
