CSA Construction Manager – Data Centre (Contract)

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to lead civil, structural and architectural works for a major data‑centre construction programme in Dublin. The role is contract‑based, full‑time and on‑site, acting as the primary interface between contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to ensure quality, schedule and hand‑over readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor CSA contractors throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Review IFC drawings, identify design or constructability issues and support shop‑drawing development.
• Track shop‑drawing approvals, material procurement and delivery schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with MEP contractors to remove constraints and optimise site productivity.
• Drive sequencing of works to meet programme milestones and critical‑path activities.
• Develop recovery plans and micro‑programmes when delays occur.
• Support preparation of method statements, resolve technical queries and perform pre‑handover inspections.
• Assist commissioning activities through Level 4 and Level 5 stages and transfer lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing CSA packages on large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural and architectural construction activities.
• Ability to manage contractors, drive programme performance and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in data‑centre or mission‑critical construction is desirable.
