Data Analyst – Commercial & Trading

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Commercial & Trading team in Cork. This junior-to-mid-level position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract and hybrid working options, providing a fast-track career opportunity for those with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and transform complex operational data into strategic insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on product performance, range compliance and ad-hoc commercial queries using Excel and Power BI.
• Conduct detailed store performance and comparative analyses to identify sales opportunities and optimise margin.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in data reporting or analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business language.
