Data Center Project Manager (EMEA)

About the role

The Data Center Project Manager will lead multi‑disciplinary modification projects across Yondr’s EMEA data‑center campuses. You will ensure construction activities are executed safely while maintaining the resiliency and availability of critical customer services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end projects that modify or install equipment in operational data centers.
• Create detailed scopes of work and request‑for‑proposal documents.
• Develop capital requests for improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with vendors to design reliable, repeatable solutions.
• Coordinate schedules with partner teams to avoid service interruptions.
• Deliver project turnover documentation, including warranties, redlines, procedures, and sequences of operation.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis of failures occurring during any project phase.
• Maintain KPIs and SLAs with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a critical operational environment, preferably within data‑center or similar infrastructure.
• Proven planning and project‑management abilities; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and sound judgement in problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
