About the role

Join the Applegreen team as a Deli Team Member, supporting daily operations at the Lusk location. You will help create a welcoming environment, ensure food safety, and deliver a high‑quality food experience to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the deli.
• Maintain a clean and tidy shop floor.
• Follow all food safety policies and procedures.
• Prepare food items according to the Bakewell manual.
• Manage stock levels and conduct inventory control.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create the best food experience possible.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and working in a team‑oriented environment.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt quickly.
