About the role

Join the Applegreen team as a Deli Team Member at our Kinsealy location, where you will play a key part in delivering a great food experience to customers. This front‑line role involves supporting daily operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and helping the shop run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day operations of the deli.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy and well‑presented.
• Follow all food safety policies and ensure compliance.
• Prepare food items according to the Bakewell manual.
• Manage stock levels and perform stock control tasks.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive food experience.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Can‑do attitude with strong communication skills.
• Enjoy interacting with customers and working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work well with colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tasks and follow training manuals.
