DevOps Engineer – Automation for Network Partner Data Platform

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps/Automation Engineer to help build a centralized platform that manages relationships, contacts and service data for thousands of external network partners. The role is based on‑site in Dublin and focuses on creating automated workflows, data pipelines and operational tools that improve data quality and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates, service renewals and data lifecycle management.
• Create self‑service tools that enable bulk data operations without engineering assistance.
• Develop ETL pipelines that synchronize partner data across internal systems and migrate legacy data from spreadsheets, wikis and siloed databases.
• Build automated alerting, escalation and runbook automation for network incidents and data quality issues.
• Produce dashboards, health‑check scripts and scheduled reports to monitor data freshness, integrity and automation ROI.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation engineering, data engineering or DevOps.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable handling large datasets across multiple source systems.
