Accenture is seeking a people‑oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire multilingual sales teams within a digital marketing ecosystem. The role focuses on driving measurable revenue outcomes across Inside Sales, Sales Account Managers, and Agency/Partner Managers while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on leadership, coaching, and mentorship to exceed sales targets and client service standards.
• Develop and execute data‑driven sales strategies to grow market share in the agency and partner space.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency and partner accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand reach within the digital advertising ecosystem.
• Drive operational excellence through efficient sales processes, accurate CRM usage, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Monitor team performance, set clear goals, and implement gap‑to‑goal plans.
• Onboard new hires and cultivate sales competencies via structured coaching and enablement programs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to continuously improve scalability and compliance.

Required profile
