Digital Sales Manager – French Market (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing French‑speaking sales team in Dublin. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth for SMEs through innovative digital advertising solutions while coaching a team of 10‑15 Sales Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of 10‑15 French‑speaking Sales Executives.
• Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular one‑to‑one coaching sessions, performance reviews and call quality evaluations.
• Oversee onboarding, pipeline health, forecasting and reporting using CRM tools.
• Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Training, Operations, Quality and other internal stakeholders to optimise processes.
• Act as escalation point for customer and team queries, ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to support business growth.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven experience managing a sales team of 10 or more people.
• Track record of success in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Background in digital marketing, digital advertising or online advertising.
• Strong coaching, people‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
