Digital Sales Specialist – AI Business Solutions (French speaking)

About the role

Microsoft is looking for a Digital Sales Specialist who will drive AI transformation for enterprise customers. The role focuses on positioning Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions – including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Cloud PC/Virtualization – as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation. Fluency in French is required to engage French‑speaking decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative selling conversations with business decision makers to showcase the value of Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Agents at Work.
• Develop ROI‑based business cases and qualify AI deals effectively.
• Accelerate paid Copilot growth through immersive engagements, extensibility strategies, and security‑focused narratives.
• Partner cross‑functionally to build end‑to‑end sales motions for Copilot Studio and Cloud PC/Virtualization (Windows 365 and AVD), including Intune Suite attach opportunities.
• Grow frontline worker (FLW) sockets and Copilot adoption, driving upsell in collaboration with Digital Sales and Engineering teams.
• Support Agent 365, ME5, ME7 opportunities through partner‑led motions and orchestrate deal closure with Commercial Executives.
• Leverage digital signals and partner activities to build pipeline and secure customer intent.

Required profile

• Fluent French (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience in enterprise‑level consultative selling, preferably in AI or cloud solutions.
• Ability to build compelling business cases and influence senior business decision makers.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
