Director, Chief of Staff - GTM EMEA & LATAM

About the role

NetApp is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to operate at the centre of a high‑growth, multi‑region Go‑To‑Market organisation covering EMEA and LATAM. You will partner closely with senior leadership to translate ambitious growth priorities into actionable plans and ensure alignment across a complex, distributed business.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategy into execution and translate growth priorities into milestone‑driven plans.
• Track progress with data‑driven insights and support leadership rhythms such as reviews, forecasting, and planning.
• Enable cross‑functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, HR, Finance and Talent.
• Identify risks, remove blockers and accelerate execution.
• Shape operating rhythms, lead leadership forums and ensure effective communication organisation‑wide.
• Support annual and in‑year planning with cross‑functional coordination.
• Lead high‑impact initiatives and own critical cross‑functional projects that drive business performance.

Required profile

• Strong business acumen with experience across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations).
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives in fast‑paced environments.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Analytical mindset capable of turning data into clear insights and actions.
• Excellent communication skills.
