Director of Revenue – Ireland & UK

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking a strategic, commercially‑focused Director of Revenue to lead revenue performance across its Ireland and UK portfolio of aparthotels. You will shape pricing strategy, conduct market analysis and drive revenue optimisation while managing a team of Revenue Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven strategies to maximise RevPAR, occupancy, ADR and overall profitability.
• Oversee pricing strategy, market analysis and revenue optimisation for all regional assets.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a team of Revenue Managers, providing regular feedback and development.
• Collaborate closely with regional, sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of revenue management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within hospitality or serviced apartments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with revenue management systems such as Ideas G3 RMS, CoStar, Lighthouse, Demand 360, Agency 360, Siteminder.
• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis.
