Duty Manager

About the role

The Duty Manager will be a key member of the management team at Connemara Coast Hotel, overseeing daily operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all hotel outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Work hands‑on as part of the overall team, reporting to the Operations Manager/General Manager.
• Deliver excellent service across all hotel outlets.
• Assist with rostering and team management.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are up‑to‑date and that all team members are fully trained.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and follow up to resolution.

Required profile

• Food and beverage experience in a comparable hotel environment.
• Proven people‑management skills with experience leading large teams.
• Passion for food and service with a drive to innovate.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with high flexibility.
• Commercially focused mindset.
• Confident problem‑solving skills and assertiveness.
