Electrical Site Manager

About the role

TLI Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join its renewables team across Ireland. The role is site‑based and involves leading all electrical activities from project start through to demobilisation while ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager with delivery of all electrical aspects of the project.
• Lead on‑site electrical activities from start‑up to handover.
• Review and manage labour allocations and subcontractor staff.
• Prepare internal progress reports and log project progress against the programme.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, design teams and suppliers.
• Ensure all materials meet specifications and oversee material quality management.
• Support quality control, health and safety processes and promote PPE use.
• Coordinate commissioning and handover procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified electrical apprenticeship or trade certificate with at least 4 years’ experience.
• Valid driving licence and Safe Pass certification.
• Experience within the utilities sector.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Word.
• Proficient use of MS Excel.
• Proficient use of MS Outlook.
