Employment Legal Counsel

About the role

Revolut’s Legal team transforms complexity into clarity by partnering with business units to deliver practical advice that enables fast, protected growth. As an Employment Legal Counsel you will support local management and the HR function on a wide range of employment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to local managers, employee relations and HR on grievances, dismissals, contracts and related issues.
• Lead cross‑border employment projects across EMEA or globally, coordinating with external counsel.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, such as working‑time regulations.
• Advise on global mobility, contingent workers, compensation, benefits, bonuses and equity awards.
• Handle regulatory matters related to conduct, remuneration and regulatory inquiries.
• Manage employment litigation, negotiated exits and settlements.

Required profile

• 3+ years as a qualified employment lawyer in a top‑tier UK law firm or in‑house legal department of a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Fluent English with excellent legal research abilities.
• Proven ability to organise, prioritise and work under tight deadlines.
• Analytical and pragmatic thinking to deliver proactive advice.
• Experience in a global, culturally diverse organisation and ability to build stakeholder partnerships.
• Passion for technology and interest in contributing to a dynamic global team.
