About the role

Join a highly regarded employment team that advises a broad portfolio of domestic and international clients on both contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters. You will work on high‑profile cases across the private and public sectors, ranging from whistleblowing investigations to corporate restructures, with significant client contact from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non‑contentious.
• Handle high‑profile matters for private and public sector clients, including whistleblowing and corporate restructuring.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and advisory letters with a focus on analytical precision.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring commercial awareness and practical solutions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the growth of the practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
• Proven experience handling both contentious and non‑contentious matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness with a keen interest in business development.
