Engineering Manager - Civil Assets

About the role

The Engineering Manager – Civil Assets will lead the development and execution of asset management strategies for civil, structural and utility assets at a major industrial site in Dublin. This full‑time, on‑site position reports directly to senior leadership and plays a key role in the company’s strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain asset management strategies and plans for civil, structural and utility assets.
• Control, monitor and optimise operational and maintenance costs, risks and performance across full asset lifecycles.
• Coordinate readiness, operational requirements and standards for new assets.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary technical team.
• Foster a high‑performance culture through people‑focused strategies.
• Ensure assets are fit for purpose, safe, reliable and comply with all regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil/structural/utility asset management.
• Proven people leadership and team management experience.
• Relevant third‑level engineering qualification.
