Enterprise Account Director – Sales Solutions (French & Dutch)

About the role

LinkedIn is seeking an Enterprise Account Director for its Sales Solutions division in Dublin. You will lead the expansion of existing client relationships, drive new business opportunities, and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across French‑ and Dutch‑speaking accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Articulate the value and ROI of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, expanding usage across users, departments, and subsidiaries.
• Champion adoption of new capabilities, including AI‑driven features.
• Own the full commercial cycle: forecasting, territory planning, pipeline development, deal strategy, negotiation and close.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene, pipeline coverage and data‑driven cadences.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners such as CSMs, Pricing, Marketing and Product Development.
• Lead executive stakeholder engagement (C‑suite/SVP) to drive adoption, expansion and renewals.
• Represent LinkedIn at industry events and build long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and growing enterprise accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong strategic social‑selling skills and ability to educate customers on product value.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to forecast accurately and manage growth bookings.
