Experienced Site Foreman – Residential Construction

About the role

Oakwood Group is expanding its residential development portfolio across Dublin and seeks an experienced Site Foreman to lead day‑to‑day operations on construction sites. Working directly with the Directors, you will own site organisation, ensure safety and quality, and drive projects from early stages to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities and coordinate all trades.
• Maintain project schedules and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively.
• Ensure rigorous health & safety compliance across all works.
• Collaborate with Directors on progress reporting and commercial matters.
• Assist with supplier pricing, negotiations and material logistics.
• Drive clear communication throughout the full build cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years experience as a Foreman in residential construction.
• Strong carpentry background.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Desire for long‑term growth within a growing developer.
