Expert Specialist – EMS HCP Contract to Pay (Spanish Speaking)

About the role

Lilly is seeking an Expert Specialist to support the Enterprise Meeting Services (EMS) HCP Contract to Pay process. The role focuses on providing end‑to‑end contracting and payment support for external Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) while ensuring compliance with anti‑corruption and EFPIA disclosure requirements. Spanish language proficiency is required.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Contract‑to‑Pay queries from external HCPs and internal business partners.
• Coordinate and execute the full Contract‑to‑Pay process, including pre‑contract data management, in a compliant manner.
• Resolve issues efficiently across all stages of the Contract‑to‑Pay workflow.
• Ensure adherence to anti‑corruption policies when interacting with HCPs.
• Support data capture and correction to meet Lilly’s Transfer of Value (TOV) disclosure obligations.
• Monitor daily operational dashboards to meet predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Contribute to global and regional EMS projects focused on Contract‑to‑Pay and pre‑contracting activities.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Experience in HCP contracting, payment processing, or related financial operations.
• Strong understanding of anti‑corruption regulations and EFPIA disclosure requirements.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global teams such as Transparency, Customer Operations, and Ethics & Compliance.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
