Export Cables Contracts Manager

About the role

The Export Cables Contracts Manager will join the Phase 2 Offshore Delivery Team, supporting the Infrastructure Delivery Partner in delivering Ireland’s offshore wind transmission programme. Working remotely with a hybrid schedule (three days in the Dublin office every three weeks), the role focuses on the contractual administration of the Export Cables package.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for design, supply, transport, installation and commissioning of offshore and on‑shore export cables.
• Oversee contract change management and claim management for large offshore wind projects.
• Develop and define tender package contract strategy in collaboration with business functions.
• Communicate supply‑chain developments and provide regular market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC (Silver or Yellow Book) or equivalent contract frameworks.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering large‑scale offshore wind or interconnector projects.
• Experience leading FEED and EPCI contract management for export cables.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract types (Silver Book, Yellow Book) or similar.
• Ability to manage contract changes, claims and stakeholder communication.
