Feasibility Architect

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking a motivated Feasibility Architect to join its fast‑growing hospitality team. You will work on a variety of projects, from greenfield sites to complex multi‑use developments, supporting the delivery of high‑quality aparthotel properties.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess third‑party developer plans to ensure compliance with Staycity’s design standards and room requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and design development in collaboration with the Group Development Director and interior design team.
• Evaluate proposed schemes for functionality, practicality, and alignment with operational needs.
• Ensure projects meet current building regulations and planning legislation.
• Support the preparation of design documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• High level of computer literacy with strong organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Collaborative attitude with a keen eye for detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Good understanding of building regulations and planning legislation.
