Feasibility Architect

About the role

Staycity Group is seeking a motivated Feasibility Architect to join its fast‑growing hospitality team. You will work on a variety of projects – from greenfield sites and renovations to complex multi‑use developments – ensuring they meet our aparthotel design standards and operational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess third‑party developer plans for compliance with Staycity’s design standards and room requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support design development in collaboration with the Group Development Director and the in‑house interiors design team.
• Evaluate proposed schemes for functionality, practicality, and alignment with operational objectives.
• Ensure projects adhere to current building regulations and planning legislation.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• High level of computer literacy with strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, sometimes hectic environment.
• Collaborative attitude with the capability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of building regulations and planning legislation.
