About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Supervisor to lead the finishing phase of high‑quality residential developments in Dublin. You will be responsible for overseeing finishing trades, ensuring that all work meets the project’s quality standards and delivery timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors on site.
- Monitor workmanship to maintain strict quality and detail standards.
- Oversee snagging processes, handovers, and programme delivery.
- Collaborate with site management to ensure seamless integration of finishing works within the overall construction schedule.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing finishing trades and subcontractors.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Background in residential construction.
- Knowledge of snagging, handovers and programme delivery.
- Trade experience (especially carpentry) or solid site management experience.
