Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

The Address Cork is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join its hospitality team. You will support the Food and Beverage supervisor in delivering high‑quality service to guests while maintaining the venue’s standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards.
• Take orders accurately and fulfill requests promptly.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and suggest upsell opportunities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet during shifts and follow deep‑cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or food‑service environment.
• Availability for early shifts starting at 6:30 am.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
