Food and Beverage Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join our breakfast team at The Address Cork. You will support the Food and Beverage supervisor in delivering a high‑standard dining experience for guests during the early morning shift.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests and customers during the morning breakfast shift, following established service standards.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them efficiently.
• Know the menu thoroughly and confidently describe dishes, identifying upselling opportunities.
• Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest’s experience.
• Keep the outlet clean during the shift and follow deep‑cleaning schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or food‑and‑beverage customer service environment.
• Availability to work early shifts starting at 6:30 am.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
