About the role
The Address Cork is looking for a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to support the F&B supervisor in delivering a high‑standard guest experience across its dining outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests while following established service standards.
- Take and accurately fulfil food and drink orders.
- Know the menu inside‑out, explain dishes confidently and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest’s visit.
- Keep the outlet clean to required standards and follow deep‑cleaning schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or food‑and‑beverage customer service role.
- Availability for early shifts (starting at 6:30 am).
- Fluent English with strong communication abilities.
