About the role
The Address Cork is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Assistant to join its dynamic hospitality team. You will support the Food and Beverage supervisor in delivering high‑quality service to guests while maintaining the restaurant’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to guests in accordance with established service standards.
- Take orders accurately and fulfill customer requests efficiently.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, explain dishes confidently, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest’s experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the outlet during shifts and follow deep‑cleaning schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant or food‑and‑beverage customer service environment.
- Availability for early shifts starting at 6:30 am.
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
