Food and Beverage Server

About the role

Join the hospitality team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort as a Food and Beverage Server. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Set up and stock work areas according to business requirements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with menu changes and specials.
• Rotate through various Food & Beverage areas as needed.
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Support other hotel departments when required.
• Store all stock safely and maintain inventory standards.

Required profile

• Ability to provide warm, friendly and efficient service.
• Passionate about floor operations and high standards.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
