About the role

Join the busy Food & Beverage team at The Grand Hotel Malahide and help deliver an exceptional guest experience across the bar, restaurant and lounge. This full‑time position is ideal for energetic, customer‑focused individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food and drink service in all hotel outlets, maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Follow opening and closing procedures in line with standard operating procedures.
• Keep service areas tidy and ensure all preparations are completed before service times.
• Communicate hotel and group services clearly to guests.
• Support banqueting suites and special events as required.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Full flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work well in a team.
• Commitment to upholding the hotel’s service standards.
