About the role

The Montenotte, a luxury urban resort in Cork, is seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Assistant to join its hospitality team. You will play a key part in delivering high‑standard service to guests across the hotel’s restaurant, bar and other dining venues.

Key responsibilities

• Follow agreed brand standards for food and beverage service.
• Serve guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
• Maintain high cleanliness levels in the bar and restaurant areas.
• Greet all guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Wear the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
• Adhere to grooming standards as outlined in the staff handbook.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming for guest satisfaction.
• Escalate any complaints or incidents to a manager or supervisor promptly.
