Food & Beverage Reservationist

About the role

The K Club is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Reservationist to join its 5‑star resort team. You will be the first point of contact for guests making dining, hotel, spa, golf and other resort reservations, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take and record dining and hotel reservations accurately in the reservation system.
• Enter all bookings, confirm details with guests, and issue correct K Club confirmations.
• Maintain the reservation diary, flagging VIP, celebration, resident, non‑resident and estate‑member guests.
• Capture dietary requirements and ensure they are communicated to relevant departments.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments to manage peak dates and high‑demand periods.
• Update Opera profiles with guest history to enhance future interactions.
• Highlight VIP clients in the system and notify the team through appropriate channels.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly booking reports as required.
• Contact guests to upsell F&B, spa, transfers, golf and other services.
• Handle email and phone inquiries, providing comprehensive reservation support across the resort.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and target‑driven.
• Excellent negotiation, decision‑making, communication and organisational abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Flexible working hours to meet resort demands.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Opera reservation system (desirable).
