Food & Beverage Server – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the role

Dromoland Castle is seeking experienced Food & Beverage Servers to join its award‑winning hospitality team. The role involves delivering five‑star service across the resort’s dining outlets, supporting private events and assisting junior staff. Flexible working patterns are required to meet the needs of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Work five days per week, with shifts rotating across all food and beverage venues.
• Set up tables and service areas to luxury standards.
• Take, retrieve, and serve food and beverage orders promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage positively with guests.
• Assist with weddings, corporate functions, and other private events.
• Support the training and development of junior waitstaff.
• Offer help to other F&B outlets within the resort when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 + years experience in a comparable hospitality environment.
• Friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality.
• Strong organisational abilities for busy service periods.
• Team‑player with a positive, professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
