French-speaking Sales Manager – Digital Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Sales Manager to lead a multilingual sales team that promotes one of the world’s leading digital advertising platforms. Based in Dublin, you will work in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility, and will have a direct impact on revenue growth, team development, and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire Sales Representatives and Account Managers to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Drive revenue growth through performance management, strategic planning and data‑driven insights.
• Conduct one‑to‑one meetings, call coaching and performance reviews to develop team capabilities.
• Oversee onboarding, mentoring and continuous training initiatives.
• Analyse sales performance, pipeline health and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasting and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training and Policy teams to optimise processes and customer experience.
• Act as escalation point for complex customer or operational issues.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of sales experience, including 1‑2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing KPIs.
• Strong coaching, communication and people‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
