Front of House Manager / Head Butler

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Front of House Manager / Head Butler to lead our butler team at Ballyfin Demesne. This full‑time, permanent position is responsible for creating an unforgettable guest experience that reflects the estate’s timeless elegance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the butler team to deliver personalised, high‑end service.
• Oversee all aspects of guest arrival and departure, including luggage handling, valet parking, private transfers and transportation.
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, presentation and ambience throughout the front‑of‑house areas.
• Coordinate daily briefings, ensuring seamless communication with SPA, reservations, F&B and housekeeping teams.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests and complaints promptly and graciously.
• Ensure smooth handovers between shifts and uphold the estate’s luxury, discretion and efficiency standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or fine‑dining service environments.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with a track record of managing high‑performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest interaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
