Front Office Manager – 12 Month Maternity Cover

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead the front desk team at our award‑winning Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa in Limerick. This 12‑month maternity‑cover position offers hands‑on leadership, guest‑experience ownership and the chance to work closely with senior hotel managers across sales, operations and people & culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily front office operations, ensuring seamless arrivals, departures and guest interactions.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing front desk team, fostering a culture of warmth and accountability.
• Maintain brand‑standard guest experiences and ensure compliance with hospitality procedures.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Utilise Opera and other systems to optimise accuracy, communication and revenue‑related tasks.
• Support revenue and sales initiatives through accurate forecasting, room management and upselling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in front office management or supervision within a hotel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Understanding of revenue and sales practices in the Irish hospitality sector.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• A relevant hospitality or business degree is desirable but not essential.

Required skills

• Opera PMS (essential).
