Fullstack Developer

About the role

Holafly is looking for a Fullstack Engineer to build AI‑integrated web experiences that keep millions of travellers connected worldwide. You will work on both the frontend and backend, ensuring the platform remains resilient, scalable, and user‑friendly.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performant, accessible UIs with React and TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain Node.js RESTful APIs (Express, NestJS or similar) to support frontend features.
• Document API contracts using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Apply Test‑Driven Development and create comprehensive test suites with Testing Library/Jest.
• Integrate AI‑driven workflows into the frontend to enhance the customer journey.
• Maintain visual consistency using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui component library.
• Collaborate on Docker‑based deployments and GCP CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct peer code reviews and champion clean, maintainable code.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript with modern state‑management experience.
• Solid background building and consuming RESTful APIs in Node.js.
• Commitment to quality through TDD and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Tailwind CSS and component libraries such as shadcn/ui.
• Familiarity with AI integration concepts (LLMs or AI services).
